Kirstie has been in the industry since before she could walk and has worked her way up since then and now enjoys running her own business with the family. She's our very own wedding and party planner and is happy to go the extra mile to make your day a memorable one.

Tiffany is our globetrotting think-tank and supplies us with a never-ending source of ideas. She's always looking for a new brain to pick and welcomes all feedback.

Greg takes his inspiration from Jamie Oliver and is passionate about fresh locally sourced food. His young and innovative mind provides us with a twist on restaurant classics by making the most of the daily specials.
